Hi my loves!!! Today I have my 3rd tutorial I filmed with Target a few months back! I've seen this tutorial requested for months now!! I figured what better time to learn then SUMMERTIME! This is a super easy, safe way to curl your hair! No heat needed :) Try it out... you'll be surprised how curly and luscious it comes out! If you want bigger curls, try using 2 fingers to wrap the hair around, instead of just 1!
