ADIDAS RETURNS WITH THE 'STAN SMITH'

Sneakers are a trend; even if you did not know. 

Today we remember a classic that returns this season with Kate Moss, Kylie Minogue and Elton John designs and their individual versions of the iconic model.

Adidas by 1971; consolidated brand in the manufacturing of sneakers, renames a 1964 model and gives birth to the 'Stan Smith'; name of a player who won those years on the slopes U.S. courts.

Building on its success; Adidas gave him a model which finally didn't triumph inside the tennis courts; but yes outside with over 22 million pairs sold in 1990, forming part of the Guinness World Records.

So if you pass by you can see in London 'Platform 6 Debut Exhibition' and see the new designs who different artists and celebrities have created to restore a trend that 'is here to stay'.
